Mr. George Strickland, University Interscholastic League Assistant Director of Music, will facilitate a lecture and lab in conjunction with the Melissa High School Wind Ensemble.

Melissa Schools will host a UIL Sight-Reading Clinic on Thursday, March 2, 2017 in the Melissa High School Band Hall.

This opportunity is open to all educators and college students.

CE certificates will be made available at the completion of the clinic.

Schedule of Events

1:30 p.m. - Sign in and complete registration.

2:30 p.m. - Lecture begins.

4:15 p.m. - Lab begins with the opportunity to run Sight-Reading with the Melissa High School Wind Ensemble and receive immediate feedback on your instruction.
